There will be three Volleyball Team Camps this June.
The camps are for teams, and you must be a part of a team.
You cannot sign up as an individual for these camps; only teams sign up

Teams need to have a minimum of 7 players to compete. 

Camp 1 -- Varsity Team Camp -- June 14-15 -- $50 per player
Camp 2 -- Jayvee Team Camp -- June 16-17 -- $50 per player
Camp 3 -- Middle School Team Camp -- June 18 -- $30 per player

Pay as one team; payment will be collected the first day of camp
Upon acceptance of this application, I hereby waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against Western Nebraska Community College and its employees on account of any injuries or illnesses sustained by my child while attending the camp(s). I authorize the director of the volleyball camp(s) or his designee to select hospital facilities and/or physicians of his choice and authorize treatment on an emergency basis if such treatment becomes necessary as a result of participating in the WNCC volleyball camp. Pictures may be used for promotional materials or newsletters by the college on the website or brochures or athletic social media pages. * *
