The Western Nebraska Community College softball team had their games this weekend changed.
The Cougars were scheduled to play Northeastern Junior College on Friday in Sterling, Colorado, but because of poor air quality in Colorado because of the number of wildfires going on, that game has been postponed until later. Date and time will be announced when confirmed.
The Cougars softball team's home game originally slated for Sunday, March 15 has been moved up a day to Saturday, March 14 because of cold temperatures forecasted for Sunday. Saturday's conference doubleheader with NJC will start at 1 p.m. at Volunteer Field in Scottsbluff.
