What are the ingredients to being a good leader on/off the playing field: You have to be a very stable player both physically and mentally. A good leader has to lead the team even when the score is not good. They have to be demanding but also know each teammate's limits. They have to have a winning mentality and a good leader is supported by their teammates so everybody can rely on them.
