What are the ingredients to being a good leader on/off the playing field: Understanding what each of your teammates needs from a leader and how to hold yourself and teammates accountable. Also making sure all your teammates know that you will help them with anything on and off the field

He always cared about me and my teammates games how it went, and would always try to help us out the best he can so that we could focus on sports in school and do good in the classroom
